- We sent an initial street sign placement document to Traffic Engineering.
- Initial placements are proposed for the following intersections:

- Cascade/Dale (Parkside Historic District)
- West side of Cache LaPoudre/Wahsatch (Weber Wahsatch Historic District)

Palmer High School
- Palmer rezone request from residential to FBZ-T2 and Boulder vacation between Weber and Nevada. ZONE-25-0026, SUBD-25-0076, LUPL-25-0012 due July 29, 2026.
- Response from Ryan on City Council: Two of the three applications (the zone change and ROW vacation) hearing date was moved tentatively to March 10, 2026.
Upcoming Events
- Annual meeting – Feb 25, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the McAllister House Carriage House. Guest speaker Chelsea Gondeck, CEO of the Downtown Partnership, will present the newly updated Experience Downtown Master Plan.
- The neighborhood is encouraged to submit questions in advance for a
more prepared response or to ask questions at the meeting. Email to
