Weber- Wahsatch Historic District South Guided Walking Tour

November 9, 2024 Walking Tour

On Saturday, November 9 at 10:00 a.m. the group will meet Tim Scanlon at 219 E St Vrain, Colorado Springs, CO 80903.

Please wear comfortable walking shoes and bring a long-sleeved shirt in case the fall chill is in the air.

Join us for a journey through time and the mesmerizing history of the first Colorado Springs settlement: The Weber-Wahsatch Historic District South! Stroll with us through Historic Uptown as we step into the pages of this middle class neighborhood’s history.

As the leaves turn to vibrant shades of red and gold, our tour will be set against the backdrop of beautiful fall colors. With cooler temperatures, enjoy the crisp fall air while listening to Tim’s rich stories about the captivating architecture and history of this beautiful neighborhood.

Mark your calendars, invite your friends, and let’s make this walking tour a memorable day of history and seasonal beauty!

Note that the walking tour will follow a route chosen by the guide, Tim Scanlon. The stops included on the South portion of the tour can be found on the map below.
