About
This duplex is placed on the same lot as the Gwynne-Love House and is identical to another duplex on the north. It is a simple ranch style with an “L” shaped footprint and a gable end on the east and the north. A simple one-story wood frame residence, it is clad with wide asbestos or asphalt shingles and painted thick wood trim. The units in this structure are roughly the same size, with an interior space of about 525 square feet. A porch roof on the northeast corner provides covered access to each unit. Interestingly, this structure was identified by a single address, while its twin to the north is identified as 7-11 W Dale Street.
