September 14, 2023 Board Meeting
Traffic Safety Improvements
We are working with City Traffic Engineering to implement short-term safety improvements south of Uintah and north of Boulder. The goal is to identify and implement short-term improvements to gather information for a future long-term improvement study. The focus will be on Cascade, Nevada, Weber, and Wahsatch although other roadways may also be considered.
Renaming Our Neighborhood
The city is going to install Near North End neighborhood signs. This allowed us to rename the neighborhood with a clear identity. The board unanimously decided to rename the ‘Near North End Neighborhood Association’ to the ‘Historic Uptown Neighborhood Association’.
Yemi’s Listening Tour Highlights
- A safe and affordable city
