All residents, renters, business owners, and property owners within the borders of the Historic Uptown Neighborhood are automatically members of the Historic Uptown Neighborhood.

About the Historic Uptown Neighborhood
Welcome to the Historic Uptown Neighborhood, a diverse and thriving urban neighborhood located directly north of downtown Colorado Springs. We strive for a mutual community among residents, business owners, landlords, churches, and students. Our neighborhood has wonderful amenities of all kinds within walking distance, including parks, restaurants, boutiques, museums, performing arts centers, sports facilities, and much more.
The Historic Uptown Neighborhood was part of the original townsite of Colorado Springs in 1871 and the first addition in 1873. The neighborhood has a significant presence on the National Register of Historic Places, including the Weber/Wahsatch District, Boulder Crescent District, Monument Valley Park, and eight other historic buildings.
